NRT participants will take a Civic Communication Seminar, which covers types of public communication, their societal importance, and effective communication. As a capstone activity, NRT participants will organize an outreach activity. NRT participants will take short Leadership and Management Courses, which facilitate developing strategies for exerting power effectively, applying problem-solving techniques, creating strong interpersonal relationships, and gaining skills for leading projects. NRT participants will continue to participate in the Team Colloquium and the Team Writing Course. In the latter course, students will provide peer-feedback on manuscripts describing their team research findings.
